E-service is an emerging trend that will have a dramatic impact on the traditional role and livelihood of process servers everywhere. This site is intended to provide vital information to process servers on the benefits and pitfalls of electronic service of process.

Professional process servers are invited to join in the discussions concerning e-service. The sponsors of this site are interested in receiving information on e-filing and e-service projects that are being implemented in the state and federal courts, which are often undetected through conventional methods of inquiry. We intend to post relevant resources on this site, and will credit you as a contributor unless otherwise directed.
