Professional process servers are invited to join in the discussions concerning e-service.  The sponsors of this site are interested in receiving information on e-filing and e-service projects that are being implemented in the state and federal courts, which are often undetected through conventional methods of inquiry.  Anyone desiring to contribute information may do so by forwarding it to us at administrator@e-serviceofprocess.info, or by facsimile to (800) 742-2997, or by mail to P.O. Box 39, Trenton, NJ 08601. We are looking for e-service court rules, laws, bills that are introduced in state legislature, state or local rules that are proposed to any governing agency.  The topics we are looking for are changes that affect service of process laws, e-filing, e-service, digital signatures, or electronic verification of delivery.  Please provide us with copies of a news or magazine article, bill, act, law or code section number, agency name, and web link. We intend to post relevant resources on this site, and will credit you as a contributor unless otherwise directed.
